Leading Worship
We Are Worshippers
People are created and designed to worship. We will either worship created things and people or the God who created them. As a worship pastor, I want to point people to why God should be the supreme object of our worship and lead them with a 3-pillar approach.
1. Teaching Visibly & Verbally
Teach and model what worship is, how it changes us, and the expressions of worship in a corporate setting as well as in our everyday life.
2. Create Space
Create a high quality worship experience that gives the opportunity to engage in worship and the space to express it.
3. Prayerful Planning & Preparation
Preparation, with the end result in mind, is my responsibility, however the success of any worship ministry is fully dependent upon God.
